Terex Boom Lifts

Terex Boom Lifts

Articulating Booms - Bi-Energy and Electric
Terex provides Bi-Energy and Genie DC machinery which are emission-free and provide quiet operation for the most sensitive work applications. Like for instance, in industrial settings where the machine must travel large distances, the Genie bi-energy system combines the versatility and benefits of a diesel powered generator utilizing a 48 Volt DC equipment.

Some of the key features offered by this combination comprise out, up and over positioning capabilities for complete flexibility. As well, the zero tail-swing offered by nearly all units, combined with the tight turning radius offers easy maneuvering through standard doors and narrow aisles.

The drive and proportional controls provide the machinery with smooth drive performance and precise boom positioning. For emission free and quiet operation suitable for sensitive settings, there is a 48V DC electric drive system. There are jib boom models available to function with an additional working range for specific jobs. On non-jib models, there is a self-leveling platform which rotates to either side at an angle of 90 degrees.

Articulating Booms - Diesel Engine
Genie machines by Terex are great for both indoor and outdoor construction applications. This model offers engine-powered articulating Z booms that combine extreme lifting versatility and over, up and out positioning capabilities. The outreach provided by this particular model is second to none in the market.

The diesel engines with articulating booms provide zero tail-swing on the majority of models and have a tight turning radius. These equipment are great for maneuvering in confined locations. In addition, they provide terrain and grade maneuverability, supreme power and exceptional torque. The diesel engines are quiet in general also. The majority of models have active oscillating axle and full time drive positive drive traction system to provide great flexibility on surfaces which are rough and uneven.

The 2 or 4 wheel drive models, provide the rough terrain features and high ground clearance that make these desirable to add to any fleet. The jib boom kinds are available and provide added range capabilities. On non-jib models, the self-leveling platform also rotates to ninety degrees on these models too.
